Stanley Mathew, MD is an exceptional pain medicine specialist and physiatrist. Stan Mathew, MD provides services at American Rehabilitation Medicine (ARM) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Dubuque, Iowa, for patients who have chronic pain conditions that affect the back and neck, joints, as well as migraines.

Stanley Mathew, MD is a native of New York, where he spent 10 years as medical director of St. Luke’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He began his career studying for a medical degree at the Medical University of Lublin in Poland. In 2006, Stanley Mathew, MD took up an internship at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center Department of Internal Medicine in New York City. He then moved on to New York Medical College in Valhalla for his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation. In his final year, Stanley Mathew, MD served as chief resident.

Stanley Mathew, MD holds board certifications from the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Board of Disability Analysts, and the American Board of Pain Medicine. Among his particular interests are pain management, spinal and musculoskeletal medicine, spasticity management, electrodiagnostic, and both pre and post-operative management of orthopedic and neurosurgical patients.

In his own words, Stanley Mathew, MD believes, “Humans are too complex to relegate diagnosis and treatment solely to ‘processes.’ Great physicians always apply an artist’s sensibility. Diagnosis requires an artist’s eye, a writer’s ear for dialogue, and a sense of composition.”

Iralene Morgan, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in internal medicine, primary care, occupational medicine, and pain management. She is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care through evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans.

With over 20 years of healthcare experience, she has worked in medical-surgical and emergency settings, developing strong skills in assessment, triage, and patient education. She also served in a leadership role during the COVID-19 pandemic, supervising testing site operations across Harris County and surrounding areas.

Ms. Morgan is the Owner and Operator of Crescent City Adult & Adolescent Clinic, where she provides services including wellness exams, chronic disease management, immunizations, diagnostic screenings, and DOT physicals. She is also actively involved in mentoring nursing students and collaborates in internal medicine care, managing both acute and chronic conditions.

She earned her MSN from Walden University, BSN from Grand Canyon University, and ADN from Delgado Charity School of Nursing. She is AANP-certified (FNP-C) and holds current certifications in ACLS, BLS/CPR, PALS, and TNCC, reflecting her ongoing commitment to high-quality patient care.
